First Interim Dividend 2026 Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its first interim dividend of 6.02 pence per share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2026 (2025: 1.26 pence per share).

Such dividend will be paid on Friday, 28 November 2025 to shareholders on the register on Friday, 31 October 2025. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday, 30 October 2025.
