INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Directors of the Company have resolved that a first interim dividend of 2.65 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September 2021. The dividend will be paid on 31 March 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 12 March 2021 with an ex-dividend date of 11 March 2021.
