The Company announces that the directors have today declared an interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 in an amount of 1.85p per Ordinary Share.
The interim dividend will be payable on Wednesday 30 November 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 28 October 2022 (ex-dividend Thursday, 27 October 2022).
