Interim Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that the directors have today declared a third interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2024 in an amount of 2.05p per ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be payable on Friday 30 August 2024 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 2 August 2024 (ex-dividend Thursday 1 August (2024).
