As at 31 December 2024, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds 7,095,235 shares in Treasury. 107,825,462 is the total number of voting rights in the Company .

The above figure (107,825,462) may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
