The Company notes that Pfizer Inc (PFE) has announced that it entered a definitive agreement to acquire IBT's portfolio company Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd (Biohaven or BHVN) for $148.50 per share which represents a 74% premium to the share price of Biohaven preceding the announcement. At the time of the announcement, IBT owned 182k shares in Biohaven which represented c.5.2% of IBT's Net Asset Value. The uplift in IBT's NAV attributable to this event is 3.55%.
