The Company announces that it purchased 130,781 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 674.2278 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 90,033,505 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 191,600,405. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
