The Company announces that it purchased 84,030 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 716.5043 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 90,302,923 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 191,330,987. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
