The Company announces that it purchased 64,321 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 748.2442 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 90,978,151 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 190,655,759. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
