The Company announces that it purchased 69,951 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 772.6294 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 91,048,102 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 190,585,808. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
