The Company announces that it purchased 69,780 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 691.79 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 92,074,460 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 189,559,450. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
