The Company announces that it purchased 79,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 713.63 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 92,343,753 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 189,290,157. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
