The Company announces that it purchased 84,983 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 706.14 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 92,716,100 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 188,917,810. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
