The Company announces that it purchased 82,360 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 671.73 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 93,212,360 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 188,421,550. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
