The Company announces that it purchased 105,947 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 684.43 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 93,946,793 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 187,687,117. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
