The Company announces that it purchased 116,653 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 720.10 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 95,616,345 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 186,017,565. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
