The Company announces that it purchased 113,936 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 702.80 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 96,946,887 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 184,687,023. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
