The Company announces that it purchased 89,500 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 699.09 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 97,720,608 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 183,913,302. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
