The Company announces that it purchased 55,602 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 709.3202 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 97,954,766 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 183,679,144. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
