The Company announces that it purchased 77,356 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 764.99 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 98,975,258 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 182,658,652. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
