As at 31^st March 2024 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633 ,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 98,880,694 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31^st March 2024 , the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 182,753,216 .

The above figure ( 182,753,216 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
