As at 31^st March 2024 the Company's share capital consists of 1,323,635,250 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 199,708,740 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore as at 31^st March 2024 , the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 1,123,926,510 .

The above figure ( 1,123,926,510 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
