The Board of JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc announces that, following a review, the Company's management fee arrangements with JPMorgan Funds Limited ('JPMF') will change.
With effect from 1st October 2023, the management fee will be charged at an annual rate of 0.75% (currently 0.85%) of the Company's net assets.
The fee will continue to be calculated and paid monthly in arrears.
