As at 30^th April 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 157,474,931 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 11,468,292 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30^th April 2024 , the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 146,006,639 .

The above figure ( 146,006,639 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
