In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31^st March 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 297,289,438 Ordinary 1 pence shares carrying one vote each. The Company held 3,516,850 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31^st March 2024 , the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company was 293,772,588 .

The above figure ( 293,772,588 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
