JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 535.36 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 250,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 478,947,308.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
