PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today purchased 202,688 of its own ordinary shares into Treasury at a price of 571.25 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 2,511,975 of its ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 579,377,046 . This figure ( 579,377,046 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value at the time of issue.
