JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from treasury at 517.40 pence per share.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 515,918,903 Ordinary Shares and 658,405 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
