The Company announces that it has today purchased 24,461 ordinary shares into Treasury at 892.8917 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 2,918,811 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 22,479,269. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
