The Company announces that it has today purchased 6,500 ordinary shares into Treasury at 851.4226 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 3,793,838 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 21,604,242. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
