North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that on 25 February 2022 Peregrine Moncreiffe stood down as Chairman of the Company. He has been succeeded by Sir Charles Wake who has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 27 June 2018.
