Share Buyback Programme

 

 

Following the announcement made on 6 December 2016, Playtech (LSE: PTEC) today announces that is has completed its share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme").

 

Playtech confirms that it has purchased a total of 5,280,000 ordinary shares at a cost of €50 million, which was funded from the Company's existing cash resources.
