Result of AGM
TP Group (AIM: TPG), the provider of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, announces that resolutions 1,2,4,5 and 6 proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed.
Resolution 3 concerned the re-appointment of Phil Cartmell as a Director of the Company. Following the announcement this morning that Mr Cartmell is to stand down from his position with the Company at the end of today, the resolution was not passed on a show of hands.
