Further re. appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Further to the Company's recent announcement regarding the appointment of David Lindsay as Chief Executive Officer, the Company is delighted to announce that David has been appointed to the board of the Group with immediate effect, following completion of the nominated adviser's standard on-boarding processes.
