Sale of Westek Technology Ltd.
TP Group (AIM: TPG), announces that it has entered into a conditional agreement to dispose of the entire issued share capital of its non-core business, Westek Technology Ltd to Roda Computer GmbH for a cash consideration of £0.8m. Completion of the disposal is subject to regulatory clearance in the UK. The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
