VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC
DECLARATION OF THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND
The Board of Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC ("the Company") declares that a third quarter dividend of 3.2p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year to 31 March 2024 will be paid on 26 April 2024 to those Shareholders on the register on 2 April 2024. The ex-dividend date is 28 March 2024.
The Board will announce in due course the proposed fourth and final quarter dividend payment for the year to 31 March 2024, which, subject to receiving Shareholders' approval at the 2024 AGM, will be paid on or around 26 July 2024.
