VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC

DECLARATION OF FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

The Board of Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC ("the Company") declares a first quarter dividend of 3.4p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year to 31 March 2025, payable on 25 October 2024 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 27 September 2024. The ex-dividend date is 26 September 2024.

The Board will announce in due course the proposed further quarterly dividend payments for the year to 31 March 2025, which will be paid on or around 31 January 2025, 25 April 2025 and 25 July 2025.
