Nomination Committee Membership

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Board has resolved to appoint Zillah Byng-Thorne, an independent non-executive director and deputy chair of the Company, as chair of the Nomination Committee. Tim Weller will step down from his role as chair of the Nomination Committee but will remain a member. Both changes are effective 1 December 2022.
