On 25 March 2014, Geneviève Berger, a Director of the Company notified us that, on 25 March 2014, she purchased 460 AstraZeneca PLC Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each at a price of 3896 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mrs Berger has a total interest in 1,790 AstraZeneca shares.
