Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Marks and Spencer Group plc confirms that Fiona Dawson will be appointed as a non-executive director and chair designate of the remuneration committee of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc with effect from 1 June 2024. Fiona will assume the role of chair of their remuneration committee following the Reckitt Benckiser AGM in 2025.
