Director's External Directorship
Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Mr Christopher Keljik, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed, with effect from 30 May 2014, as a non-executive director of Sanditon Investment Trust PLC, which commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2014.
