Director's External Directorship
Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Mrs Alexandra Mackesy, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed, with effect from 28 May 2014, as a non-executive director of Empiric Student Property plc, which commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange on 30 June 2014.
