Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited (the 'Company') today announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Alexandra (Ali) Innes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed to the board of directors of Dowlais Group plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 20 February 2023.
On 20 April 2023, the ordinary shares of Dowlais Group plc were admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
