Board and Committee Changes
As previously announced on 17 February 2014, Hammerson plc confirms a number of changes to its Board and Committees.
Following the Annual General Meeting which took place on 23 April 2014:
· John Hirst stood down as a Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of the Audit Committee
· Jacques Espinasse became Chairman of the Audit Committee
· Anthony Watson, who plans to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2015, stood down as Chairman but remains a member of, the Remuneration Committee
· Gwyn Burr was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee
