In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R, the Company announces that Andrew Formica, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc with effect from 1 March 2019, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
