Re: Final Dividend
Further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2021, and in accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.7A.2, Weir confirms that the final dividend for 2021 of 12.3p per share will be paid on 6 June 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 22 April 2022, making a total dividend for the year of 23.8p per share.
