The Weir Group PLC ("Weir Group") announces that Ben Magara, has been appointed as

Chief Executive Officer of Exxaro Resources Limited, with effect from 1 April 2025.

As a result of this appointment, Ben has decided to retire from the Board of Directors of Grindrod Limited, also with effect from 1 April 2025.
