Following the purchase of Taylor Wimpey plc shares notified on 6 October 2021, Jitesh Gadhia (Independent Non Executive Director) granted security in favour of Barclays Bank PLC over 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company which he beneficially owns. Jitesh Gadhia's interests in ordinary shares did not change as a result of the granting of this security.
