(i) it extended the maturity date of Series 11492 Class OU Fixed Rate Notes due February 2020 (ISIN XS1929504733), issued under its $20,000,000,000 Global Collateralised Medium Term Notes Programme, to 5 February 2021; and
(ii) it extended the maturity date of Series 11492 Class OV Fixed Rate Notes due February 2020 (ISIN XS1929504816), issued under its $20,000,000,000 Global Collateralised Medium Term Notes Programme, to 5 February 2021.
