 LONG TERM INCENTIVE AWARD TO THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER DESIGNATE

The Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of a long-term incentive Award of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to the Chief Financial Officer Designate under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"):

The Award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year performance period ending 30 September 2022 and the number of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares which may vest in connection with this Award.
